The Farmers’ Alliance the Farmers’ Alliance established postal banks to provide farmers with low-interest loans.

Further Explanation:-

The Farmers alliance was an agrarian economic movement which was among farmers of America who used to develop and flourish CA. Many parallel but individual political organizations were part of this movement. The primary goal of this organization was to bring an end to the adverse effects of the crop-lien system which was imposed on farmers in this period and this all was followed by American civil war. This alliance came in the politics during the period of 1890s and under the banner of the People’s party which was known by the name of the ‘Populists’ in United States. In the Southern part of the United States, this agenda of the farmers was focused on the demands of the governmental control which was there on the transportation and communication. From the period of 1890, the agenda of farmers also included the demand which was in regards to a national Sub Treasury plan as they wanted this establishment of government owned warehouses in order to store the non-perishable agricultural products which could operate on minimal cost to the farmers who were participating. Their thought was that because of these farmers will be permitted to draw low rate of interest loans.
