When we move the triangle RPQ horizontally or vertically or side ways, the triangle will not coincide with the triangle KLM.

Similarly, if we move the triangle KLM horizontally or vertically or side ways, the triangle will not coincide with the triangle RPQ.

Hence, both the triangles are not vector translations of each other.
