Lincoln’s dictation throughout the speech reflect his concern for the audience he is addressing as He referred to the Declaration of Independence's affirmations of human equality.

Because throughout the speech his concern was reflected but firstly, it's crucial to keep the context in mind. America was engulfed in a brutal civil war. Confederate forces had only just been beaten by Union forces in the Battle of Gettysburg.

Lincoln's speech was intended to dedicate a parcel of land that would eventually become Soldier's National Cemetery. Lincoln acknowledged that in addition to leading the war himself, he also needed to motivate the populace.

Throughout the speech he referred to the Declaration of Independence's affirmations of human equality and made a connection between the Civil War's sacrifices and the need for "a fresh birth of freedom".

It takes a boat going upstream 11 hours to cover the same distance, as it would cover in 9 hours going downstream. What is the s
hodyreva [135]

Answer:

20 km/hr

Explanation:

time taken by the boat going upstream = 11 hours

time taken for downstream movement = 9 hours

speed of the current = 2 km/h

distance traveled by the boat = d

Assume the speed of boat be x

we know,

distance =  speed × time

moving upstream

distance = speed × time

            d  = (x -2) × 11

downstream

             d = (x+2) × 9

now

       (x+2) × 9 = (x -2) × 11

              2 x = 40

                 x = 20 km/hr

hence, the speed of the boat will be 20 km/hr
