b) We divide the total number of distance the tire will travel by the circumference to find how many times the tire will roll

$\frac{5280}{circumference} = \frac{5280}{2.5 \pi }$
(I have used the value in feet because we found the circumference in feet units and notice that I took the value of circumference to be 2.5 $\pi$ instead of 7.85, to increase accuracy)
