One guideline for improving the effectiveness of initial interviews is to<u> ask questions which assess the most basic KSAOs.</u>

<u />

KSAOs is a commonplace abbreviation in human capital that stands for knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics. KSAOs are attributes of an applicant or an employee that are used for employee choice, performance appraisal, and professional improvement.

Knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) are the attributes required to perform an activity: knowledge refers back to the body of factual or procedural statistics that may be implemented, which includes information on foreign languages or laptop programming languages.

An interview is a structured communication in which one player asks questions, and the alternative affords solutions. In commonplace parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee.

Sure Tea Co. has issued 6.3% annual coupon bonds that are now selling at a yield to maturity of 9.20% and current yield of 8.777
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

Ans. 26 years is the remaining maturity of this bond.

Explanation:

Hi, we have to find the price of the bond, so we use the following formula.

CurrentYield=\frac{Coupon}{Price}

This means that:

Price=\frac{Coupon}{CurrentYield} =\frac{63}{0.08777} =717.79

Let´s not forget that the Coupon is calculated by the following formula.

Coupon=FaceValue*CouponRate=1,000*0.063

Now that we found that the price of the bond is $717.79, we have to bring to present value the remaining coupons and the principal that is paid at the end, so we have to solve for "n" the following equation, discounted at the yield to maturity.

Price=\frac{Coupon((1+YTM)^{n}-1) }{YTM(1+YTM)^{n} } +\frac{FaceValue}{(1+YTM)^{n} }

Let´s fill up what we can

717,79 =\frac{63((1+0.092)^{n}-1) }{0.092(1+0.092)^{n} } +\frac{1,000}{(1+0.092)^{n} }

But to solve for "n" is pretty painful, so we can use a financial calcultator o MS Excel. Please find the MS Excel sheet that I used with the "Seek Goal" formula instruccions as follow.

Set Cell: $C$19

To Value: 717,79

By Changing cell: $C$14

So the answer is 26

Best of luck.

harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

The value of the company according to MM Proposition I with taxes is $528294.55

Explanation:

value of unlevered firm  = EBIT(1-T)/Ru

                                        = 72000*(1 - 24%)/11%

                                       = 497454.55

value of levered firm = 497454.55 + 128500*0.24

                                   = $528294.55

Therefore, The value of the company according to MM Proposition I with taxes is $528294.55

yulyashka [42]

Answer:

c) capitalize in the machine account

Explanation:

Since it is given that there is an improvement made to a machine due to which it increases the machine fair market value and at the same time it also increases the production capacity of 25% without extending the useful life of the machine

So as the question is talking about the improvement of the machine so the same is to be capitalized in the machine account

Hence, the option c is correct

Although the rate of inflation is only 2 percent, Kayla receives a 6 percent increase in salary. She is nonetheless dissatisfied
aalyn [17]

Answer:

b. outcome fairness

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it seems that Kayla is likely to contend there is a lack of outcome fairness. This term refers to the degree to which an outcome meets the standards that are met. Which is why Kayla is dissatisfied, since the salary increase should always be the same and follow a standard, which is not the case in this scenario since Bob's increase was 3% more.
