All 2007-2013 diesel vehicles must undergo emissions testing every two years, and all 1986-2006 diesel vehicles must undergo emissions testing annually.

The emissions Test measures the amount of air pollutants emitted from a vehicle's tailpipe. The first emission tests were conducted in California in 1966. Since then, many states have begun mandating testing for all registered vehicles.

Please bring your vehicle inspection certificate. Be sure to bring the correct vehicle that matches the vehicle listed on the vehicle inspection notice. Before testing, the vehicle should be driven by him for 15 minutes to ensure it is fully warmed up.

Fuel-burning cars and trucks also emit smog-forming emissions such as nitrogen oxides, organic gases other than methane, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, and formaldehyde.

The Columbian Exchange refers to the period where there was a widespread transfer of plants, animals and culture between the Americas and Europe.

This exchange was named because of Christopher Columbus who was the Spaniard who first arrived to the Americas (while trying to find a new route from Spain to India) and started the maritime route from Europe to the Americans, starting a process of exchange of plants and animals among other things.
