To find the midpoint between two coordinates you have to find the average between the Xs and Yx of each pair of coordinates. Two find an average you add the numbers together and divide by how many there are. So we will add the two Xs together nd divide by two which gives us the x coordinate of the midpoint. The same can be done for Y.

X midpoint = (2+6)/2 = 8/2 = 4

Y midpoint = (6+3)/2 = 9/2

So the coordinate pair for the midpoint is (4, 9/2)

Find the number of 3-digit numbers formed using the digits 1 to 9, without repetition, such the numbers either have all digits l
Tasya [4]

Answer: 120

Step-by-step explanation:

The total number of digits from 1 to 9 = 10

The number of digits from less than 5 (0,1,2,3,4)=5

Since repetition is not allowed so we use Permutations , then the number of 3-digit different codes will be formed :-

^5P_3=\dfrac{5!}{(5-3)!}=\dfrac{5\times4\times3\times2!}{2!}=5\times4\times3=60

The number of digits from greater than 4 (5,6,7,8,9)=5

Similarly, Number of 3-digit different codes will be formed :-

^5P_3=60

Hence, the required number of 3-digit different codes = 60+60=120

Answer:

The other point on the diameter which is also on the circle is; (-3, 2)

Step-by-step explanation:

The center of the circle, also a point where the diameter crosses, is (3, 6)

The diameter touches the circle at point (9, 10)

The displacement is (9 - 3, 10 - 6) = (6, 4)

This means that we move, +6 units along the x-axis and +4 units along the y-axis , from the center of the circle in order to reach point (9, 10)

If we want to reach the other point on the diameter which also on the circle, we move -6 units along the x-axis and -4 units along the y-axis to get;

(3, 6) - (6, 4) = (-3, 2)
