Most of the water in the human body is contained inside our cells. Billions of cells must have water to live. However the amount of water a body contains differ according to certain condition, where the body of a newborn is composed of more water about 75% than that of an elderly person is at 50%. Moreover, roughly 20% of our daily H2O intake comes from solid foods especially fruits and vegetable. And, Fruits are at least 90% water by weight and hugely hydrating food.</span>
