To be socially successful is where you are able to talk to others without worry or doubt. You are able to start up a converstation up, and talk with others even if you've never met them. You are able to go to anyone, and be yourslef.

You can talk to anyone, and be you. You don't hide in the shadows, or just listen to other people talk. You join into the conversation, or even make a new one.

Socially successful means that you can social very well. Meaning that your interactions with another person is phenomenal. You can get through a conversation, introduce people well and make connections.
