Naturally the idea of a life for a life is as old as time itself, the idea that a man can kill another and not have the same done for him does not seem like justice. In fact logically it would make sence to have a killer put to death to prevent any chance of the convict escaping and hurting society more. Not only that but it would let the families have closure knowing that the person whom did wrong to their loved one can no longer hurt anyone else.
