Answer:

They are: substrates, template, primer and enzymes. Four deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates (dNTP's) are required for DNA synthesis (note the only difference between deoxyribonucleotides and ribonucleotides is the absence of an OH group at position 2' on the ribose ring). These are dATP, dGTP, dTTP and dCTP.

Answer: The only reaction performed by chloroplast through its chlorophyll is photosyntesis. Therefore the chemical formular is below.

   C02 + H20 → C6H1206 + O2+ H20.

(carbondioxide) + (Water) Chlorophyll (glucose) +(oxygen)+ (water)

                                                       and

                                                   enzymes .

This is the single reaction of the process of photosynthesis. However two interconnected reactions are involved light dependent stage and light independent stage.

The first reaction takes place in presence of sunlight, and it is called Photolysis of water.it is the spiting of water to H+, electrons and Oxygen. This is the source of oxygen seen above.

             4 H20→ 4H+ + 4e- + 02.

The light independent stage; the hydrogen ion from the photolysis is transfer to the light independent stage to reduce the C02 to produce glucose. In the first equation seen above.

Since chloroplast performs photosynthesis through action of its chlorophyll, The above reaction describes the chemical formula.

B.

The cell wall of plants is made up of the middle lamella, the primary cell wall and the secondary cell wall .

Cellulose a complex carbohydrate is the major components. It contains, monomers of glucose in small units linked to one another by bonds.

C

Vacuole helps in plant turgidity needed for uprightness. when filled with water provides turgor pressure increases as the cell membrane pushes against the cell wall. The resulted turgidity helps the plants to maintain resistance to external pressure and therefore resist the effects of gravity.

Give an example of spinal reflex and explain how the nervous system functions in this reflex action
Bad White [126]

The patellar reflex is the most common example or a spinal reflex. When the knee is tapped, the nerve that will receives this stimulus sends an impulse to the spinal cord and relay it to the motor nerve. This sources the quadriceps muscle at the front of the thigh to contract and twitch up the leg. This reflex contains simply two nerves and one synapse. The leg will start to twitch up on the other hand the brain is just suitable aware of the tap and comprehends the situation. Subsequently the tap, the leg is routinely lengthy once and comes to rest. The nonappearance of this reflex is problematical and recognized as westphals sign this reflex might be lessened or absent in lower motor neuron lesions and during sleep.

Providing immunity by injecting the body with a weakened form a pathogen is known as
blagie [28]

Answer:

vaccination

Explanation:

The vaccination has been one of the most revolutionary inventions in the medical field. This invention helped protect people from numerous diseases, some being totally neutralized, while some having only minor effects on the human body. The vaccination basically is a way of enhancing the immune system of the body by injecting in it a weakened form of the pathogen. In this way, the weakened form of the pathogen is not capable to harm the body, and the body is not fighting against it, but instead the pathogen becomes part of the body and its defense mechanism, so when the pathogen strikes, the body has a counter attack and defeats it.

Ludmilka [50]

The continental crust is up to 70 km thick.

Explanation:

Upto 40% of the earth is made up of continental crust. Sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic ricks make up the continental crust. It makes up the upper layer of continents and shallow seabed areas near the shores.

Continental crust is thicker than oceanic crust with a thickness ranging from 25 km to 70km continental crust makes up 70% of earth’s volume and is usually located above sea level with a few exceptions like the Zealand continental crust region which is largely under water.
