Scientific: "does a sunflower or rose grow faster?"

Philosophy: "does leading by example help guide others?"

Explanation:

the first is scientific because you do experiments to find out the result as a fact.

the other one is philosophical cause it is more so an opinionated question but you can back it up still.

Water body being more enriched with nutrients will result in excessive growth of aquatic plants. This also result in algal bloom in which algae grows on the surface of water body because of this atmospheric oxygen not able to reach the aquatic plants, hence results in oxygen depletion.
