1) Scrum Standup Meeting
Software Developer: Since, the last meeting, i've been working on the backend of the application, i've developed the hotel and cab api and successfully implemented that for server, the testing for cab api is pending, i still need some details from partners regarding the bus and car api. I need to talk to them, till then, i'm working on the payment gateways.
UI/UX Designer: In last few days, i designed the UI for the home page of the application providing user option to search for destinations along with some popular destinations that the application will be showing. Also, the license to the photoshop of the office expired yesterday. I've renewed it today and started working on more details of the interface and try to include some animations as soon as possible.
Software Tester: I've tested the code made with hotel api by using proper tools and reported for the same yesterday. Today I am testing if cab api properly and also creating an equivalent report for the same.
Product Manager: So far everything is going on schedule. Today i've reported the developement progress to the owners. I'll be organizing a meeting with different public transport executives with the developer as it is important for the application.
2) Scrum Role for Scrum Master
Product Owner - Have vision of what they wish the application to look like, they are requirement source.
Product Manager - Works with stakeholders, identifies requirements and sets priority.
UI/UX Designer - Prepares the logos and user interface for the application.
Developer- Developes the back-end and front-end of the application.
Software Tester- Tests various developed materials in different manners.
