Answer and Explanation:

Welfare programs are there to aid individuals who may be unable to support themselves or take care of themselves as a result of disability, unemployment, underemployment and a host of other limitations. For example social security consist host of welfare programs established under the social security act and put in place by the US government to cater for the needs of citizens who have retired, are disabled or simply need this aid based on certain conditions

Laws limiting individuals from taking certain foods such as sugar or soda could be seen as welfare backed laws which are there to protect the welfare interests of the citizens(part of the functions of government)

Answer:

c. subculture

Explanation:

The notion of subculture is quite common in sociology and anthropology. The concept is used to refer to a generally minority group of people with a set of characteristics of their own (behaviors and beliefs) that represent a subdivision within a dominant culture of their community.

In texas, most of the population is positive about rodeos and they see no harm in doing them, in that region the part of the population that opposes rodeos is much smaller than the part of the population that supports it, so we can conclude that the population that opposes rodeos represents a subculture.

His theory is called the Social constructivism.

According to this theory, the potential development varies according to the level at which the learning takes place. It is composed of cognitive structures that are in the process of maturation, but that can only be developed with the guidance and collaboration of third parties. Vygotsky was a cognitivist, but he disagreed with the assumption that learning was independent of the social context. He considered that all cognitive functions originate in social interactions and that learning not only ivolves the assimilation and adaptation of new knowledge by students. For Vygotsky it is a process in which the learners are integrated into a community of knowledge.
