The weakening of Soviet Union affected other nations in Europe by;

1. It began a new opportunity for Americans and Europeans.

2. They had fueled the fight which was for destruction of wall of Berlin.

3. It allowed state Russian to choose democracy over communism.

The fall of Soviet Union led to victory in west because there was evidence of superiority of capitalism over socialism and triumph democracy over totalitarianism.

Soviet Union fall because communist rule ended where Mikhai took the exclusive power.
