I assume you mean sales tax... I have not heard of spaces tax!

We add her purchases together ($149.95 + 59.00) and we get 208.95. Now we need to add 8% sales tax by mult by .08.

208.95 x .08 = 16.72 (rounded up from  16.716)

Add the sales tax to the total.

16.72 + 208.95 = 225.67 total purchase w/ tax

3 pound cake=48 ounces)4 pound cake=64 ounces

Step-by-step explanation:

[16 ounces = 1 pound]-so you got this

James bought a cake that weighed over 4 pounds.

And one that is 3 pounds,so you wanna multiply 16 x 3 and you get 48

So that leaves the 3 pound cake to be 48 ounces

Just like the first one,you wanna multiply 16 x 4 and you get 64

Guess the rule and add the next number in the sequence.<br> 7, 10, 16, 25, 37,
Delvig [45]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us first closely examine the sequence for any mathematical correlation between the terms of sequence.

It is visualized that the series is progressing with addition of increasing even numbers starting with +6 ( +6, +8, +10, +12, +14, +16, +18 …) in the previous term to obtain next terms of the series. This logic continues for entire series.

The given series is:

1 ,7 ,15 ,25 ,37

Starting with first number of the series

1

1 + 6 = 7

7 + 8 = 15

15 + 10 = 25

25 + 12 = 37

37 + 14 = 51

51 + 16 = 67

67 + 18 = 85

The extended series is

1, 7, 15, 25, 37, 51, 67, 85
