In this case the army helmet represents the "war", the violent part of humans, the urge to survive at all costs, on the other hand, the peace symbol represents the fraternity between human beings and the search for understanding among people. These aspects, although opposed, are in our human nature, they coexist and interact inside us molding history. Modern wars are the perfect example of this bilateral nature: we make war in order to be in peace, it's a paradox. Every day we are faced to situations in which this two faces take an important role.
