Answer:Georgia is likely to perform better.

Explanation:Inner driving forces are usually more powerful than the outer driving forces ; hence being driven by the sense of accomplishment will make someone enjoy what they are doing more than the person who is driven by what they are going to get.

It may come more natural to work better for the person who is driven by personal satisfaction.

Sergeu [11.5K]

Answer:

- Juli-an Rotter

Explanation:

In the given case, Jack is attempting to direct the American Psychologist <em><u>Juli-an Rotter's</u></em> "<u><em>Social learning theory"</em></u> in order to ask Lacey for a date.

In this theory, Rotter explains that one can learn new social behaviors by observation, as well as, the review of the rewards or punishments that a specific behavior produces. Here also, <u>Jack observes his previous behaviors and approaches that he had displayed and the rewards associated with them</u>. Therefore, <u>he learns about those behaviors that had worked successfully for him, and hence, he decided to use them only to approach Lacey in order to get the expected reward</u>.
