Answer: The number of granola bars in one pack = 8

The number of fruit rolls in one pack = 12

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the number of granola bars in each pack and y be the number of fruit rolls in each pack .

Then according to the question we have the following system of equations :

10x+6y=152.....................(1)\\7x+12y=200.......................(2)

Multiply equation (1) by 2 we get

20x+12y=304......................(3)

Subtract equation (2) from equation (3), we get

13x=104\\\\\Rigtarrow x=8

Substitute x=8 in (1), we get

10(8)+6y=152\\\\\Rightarrow6y=152-80\\\\\Rightarrow\ 6y=72\\\Rightarrow y=12

Hence, the number of granola bars in one pack = 8

The number of fruit rolls in one pack = 12

10x+6y=152
5x+3y=76
7x+12y=200
-20x-12y=-304
-13x=-104
x=8
40+3y=76
3y=36
y=12
There are 8 granola bars in a pack and 12 fruit rolls in a pack

Which fraction is equal to k in the equation below? <br>1\3 / 2= k
Nitella [24]

Answer:

0_10 =0_2

Step-by-step explanation:

Convert the following to base 2:

0_10

Hint: | Starting with zero, raise 2 to increasingly larger integer powers until the result exceeds 0.

Determine the powers of 2 that will be used as the places of the digits in the base-2 representation of 0:

Power | \!\(\*SuperscriptBox[\(Base\), \(Power\)]\) | Place value

0 | 2^0 | 1

Hint: | The powers of 2 (in ascending order) are associated with the places from right to left.

Label each place of the base-2 representation of 0 with the appropriate power of 2:

Place | | | 2^0 |

| | | ↓ |

0_10 | = | ( | __ | )_(_2)

Hint: | Divide 0 by 2 and find the remainder. The remainder is the first digit.

Determine the value of 0 in base 2:

0/2=0 with remainder 0

Place | | | 2^0 |

| | | ↓ |

0_10 | = | ( | 0 | )_(_2)

Hint: | Express 0_10 in base 2.

The number 0_10 is equivalent to 0_2 in base 2.

What is the domain and range of the relation shown in
Leya [2.2K]

Answer:

Domain : {10, 15, 19, 32}

Range: {-1, 5, 9}

Step-by-step explanation:

As the table of the relation is given as follows:

<em>X                Y</em>

<em>10               5</em>

<em>15               9</em>

<em>19               -1</em>

<em>32             5  </em>

From this table, we can define the relation by combining the ordered pairs from the table. Each and every order pair consists of x-coordinate and corresponding y-coordinate of any corresponding point.

So, the relation from the table can be made as follows:

                            relation : {(10, 5), (15, 9), (19, -1), (32, 5)}

Domain of a relation consists of all the x-coordinates (first elements) of order pairs.

Range of a relation consists of all the y-coordinates (second elements) of ordered pairs.

So, domain  and range of relation will be as follows:

                                  Domain : {10, 15, 19, 32}

                                  Range: {-1, 5, 9}

<em>Note: If there is any </em><em>duplicate</em><em> element in any x or y-coordinate of any ordered pair, it will be written only </em><em>once </em><em>when we determine domain and range. Here, in this example, 5 is duplicate, so, it will be mentioned only one time when we determine the range of this relation.</em>
