Have an amazing day!
Answer:
I had Social Media a few times and its just too much. I tried and its alot of pressure. You feel like you need to be like everyone else. Its especially hard for teen girls, it lowers your self confidences. You feel like "oh im not as pretty or as perfect as her" Its also a lot to keep up with and alot of drama. So in my opinion, i dont think its needed. I dont have social media and im just fine without it.

I hope this helps you, and i hope this puts social media in perspective for you.
Have a good day!!:)
Hi there!
From a personal view, I believe it would be best to talk about your problems. By holding everything inside, you're emotions might get the best of you, and you might just explode! Not literally, but you're emotions might all come out at once, and most likely you probably won't know where there coming from. For example, say your mad because your family doesn't pay attention to you, Instead of communicating to them what's wrong, you bottle your emotions up inside, and the next day you get mad over the smallest thing. By talking your problems out, you may get a better ideal on how to handle them, and you won't be as worried as much.
I hope this helps!

The way I memorize stuff is by continuously reading and listening to it. Mainly how I learn German and how I learn song lyrics. When I hear it long enough, and read the lyrics/german long enough, I remember it by memory. I hear there are some good Memory Exercises you can do but I can't remember off the top of my head, so try looking up some Memory Exercises and see what you can find.
