Tim can also be assessed for other types of anxiety disorders by a mental health professional to know the one he is obviously suffering from and the possible ways to help him overcome the anxiety.

Generalized anxiety disorder is a mental health condition characterised by constant worrying, inability to concentrate and restlessness.

Treatment is by psychotherapy, exercise and relaxation, counselling and administration of antidepressant and anxiolytic like  citalopram and diazepam.
