In farming, crop plants are those plants that are planted in order to get food and resources. Examples of crop plants are rice, wheat, maize, sugar cane, maize, barley etc.

Humans rely completely on these crops as a source of food. If these crops will not be planted by the farmers then we will fail to consume natural food and rely on packaged food which is not very good for health.
