Well, the second continental congress basically discussed these things; 1- Gave the order to create the Continental Army. 2-Apointed George Washington as the Supreme Commander of that army. 3-ordered the printing of currency. 4-Drafted and WROTE the Declaration of Independence. Hope this helps
