When you teach, you learn to group facilitate and since you can not do such if you do not learn in the first place, then you must equip yourself first with the right knowledge that when you teach others, you have the confidence to do so. In teaching others, in declaring your knowledge, you learn more because you are challenged to explore more and hear yourself explaining towards the person.</span>
