Answer:

C. Change the length of side CA to 5 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

When two solids are similar then their corresponding measurement must be in the same proportions,

Given,

RPQ and CAB are the fronts of two similar pyramid,

Thus, by the above statement,

\frac{PR}{AC}=\frac{RQ}{BC}=\frac{PQ}{AB}

\because \frac{RQ}{BC}=\frac{10.5}{7}=1.5

\frac{PQ}{AB}=\frac{9}{6} =1.5

If PR = 7.5,

\frac{7.5}{AC}=1.5

\implies AC=\frac{7.5}{1.5}=5

Hence, the length of side CA must be change to 5 feet.

Option C is correct.

The football fields at three different schools were measured, and it was found that their perimeters were 320 m, 360 m, and 400
Tomtit [17]

Let us say that,

<span>A = perimeter of football field of the 1st school</span>

B = perimeter of football field of the 2nd school

C = perimeter of football field of the 3rd school

So that:

A = 320 m

B = 360 m

C = 400 m

So the first thing we have to do to find for the minimum laps to make is to divide every perimeter by the smallest one, therefore divide all by 320 m, hence:

A’ = 1

B’ = 1.125

C’ = 1.25

Now multiply everything by a number such that all laps will be a whole number, in this case multiply everything by 8:

A’ = 8

B’ = 9

C’ = 10

Hence the laps to run are:

<span>8, 9 and 10</span>

Write 15 and 1/2 as a decimal.
pshichka [43]
Well If you mean't 15 1/2 it is 15.5 This is because a decimal is made for parting using place values like tenths, hundredths, thousandths, etc. The 1/2 part is is .5 because 5 is half of 10.
