<h3>The angle of a sector of a circle is or 0.25 \pi or  0.785 radians</h3>

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

<em><u>The arc length when angle in radians is given by formula:</u></em>

s = r \times \theta

Where,

r is the radius

From given,

r = 4.5\\\\s = \frac{9 \pi }{8}

<em><u>Substituting the values we get,</u></em>

\frac{9 \pi }{8} = 4.5 \times \theta\\\\\theta = \frac{9 \pi }{8 \times 4.5}\\\\\theta = 0.25 \pi

Thus angle of a sector of a circle is or 0.25 \pi or 0.785 radians

Identify the vertex of the graph. Tell whether it is a minimum or maximum.
kolezko [41]

Answer: (-2, -2) minimum

Step-by-step explanation: since the graph is going upwards and the arch of the graph is the lowest point in the graph, it will be a minimum point. to find this minimum point, look at what point the lowest point of the graph (for this graph, it is (-2, -2) )

Determine the area under the standard normal curve that lies to the right of the z-score 0.48 and to the left of the z-score 0.7
pychu [463]

Answer:

The area lies to the right of the z-score 0.48 means all the values greater than it. This can be calculated on a graphing calculator using the function normCdf, where

  • Lower bound = 0.48
  • Upper bound = 9999
  • Mean = 0
  • Standard deviation = 1

<u>The result would be normCdf(0.48,9999,0,1) ≈ </u><u>0.315614</u>

<u />

The area lies to the left of the z-score 0.79 means all the values less than it. This can be calculated on a graphing calculator using the function normCdf, where

  • Lower bound = -9999
  • Upper bound = 0.79
  • Mean = 0
  • Standard deviation = 1

<u>The result would be normCdf(-9999,0.79,0,1) ≈</u><u> 0.785236</u>

Find the measure of angle a
quester [9]

Answer is 49.2

Total of all angles = 360

(x+16) + (x) + ( 6x-4) + (2x+16) = 360

10x + 28 = 360

X= 33.2

Angle A = x+16= 33.2+16= 49.2
