Answer:

The media has all control over society. Everyone is addicted to it. That means they can say whatever they want and people will believe it. If all media sources fell into the hands of one person or group they make things up that are crazy. If they make things up that are crazy people will all watch it. Most of the people will believe this. With more people watching it, they make more money. It's possible they might tell the truth, but that's a low percent.

Media can do many things to change and distort a subject for example, now days The Corona virus is shown as deadly, inescapable. Many now, younger ones know the right procedures to how to deal with it, for example: masks, gloves.
But media can share false information like: “some are selling masks are no infected with the corona virus” or “mix camomile with detergent and drink it to survive the corona” it seems unsure but you don’t know how many elderly or youngsters have fallen into it.

jek_recluse [69]
“He who lives in a glass house does not throw stones” is a metaphoric meaning. This means that you should not criticize other people for bad qualities in their character that you have yourself. The more you judge others, the more you judge yourself. By constantly seeing the bad in others, we train our minds to find the bad. This can lead to increase in stress. Stress can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even stroke.

People who are at peace with themselves are kind. As described by shame expert Brené Brown, criticism is a coping mechanism used by people who feel unworthy. It's purpose is to shift the spotlight off of oneself and onto someone or something else in an effort to feel safe.

Although both forms are challenging your ideas, character or ability, when someone is giving destructive criticism it can hurt your pride and have negative effects on your self-esteem and confidence. Destructive criticism can, in some cases, lead to anger and/or aggression. Probably a "hypercritic" - a person who is excessively or captiously critical. Or "hypercritical" as an adjective.

Being critical of others leads to low self-esteem because it's really just a form of procrastination—briefly distracting yourself with a little pleasure but shirking your responsibility to address your real issues.
