Try to explain in your own descriptive way why the author's choice of detail helps you really see and feel the actions or emotions.I also want you to think about what the author may have missed or had purposefully omitted. There are a million different little things that can be used to describe a scene or person or event. Try to think of things the author may have left out and explain why you think they did that. Would these details have been unnecessary or distracting? Would they have given a false impression? You'll need to craft a two-paragraph response that answers these questions
