Paragraph 1:
ziro4ka [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

The correct answer is: Paragraph 1 uses objective language, while paragraph 2 uses subjective language.

Lets take into consideration that subjective language uses personal opinions, points of view, emotions or judment. Objective language tires to give facts taht can be compared to reality, that means, facts that can be observed by everyone.

In the first paragraph, the author limits to describe the facts, describing the injuries and the actions commited by Santiego Lopez and the league. In this way the reader (us) will take all that information and decide wether the league is righ or wrong.

In the second paragraph the author already did that job for us. He has taken one side, he uses judment and emotions to influence us. "The league actions are disappointing and irresponsable" is a clear example of subjective languaje, as we can see, the authors point of view is against the league.

Could today's US Government pass a law like the Chinese Exclusion Act? What evidence do you have to support your claim?
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

the answer is  The first reason was the fact that Chinese people were considered competition in areas of the country that were reasonably wealthy, such as California. Certain industries such as mining had large numbers of Chinese laborers, which meant that less jobs were available for Americans. The second reason was racism, as America was reluctant to accept large numbers of immigrants that were not of Caucasian or European origin.
