This is a question that asks for a personal opinion, therefore, there is no right or wrong answer.

If you want to defend the position of incarceration, you could argue that this allows innocent people to avoid contact with criminals. It also reduces the chances of criminals influencing others. If you are against this practice, you could argue that the punishment is too strong for the crime, or that people who have been imprisoned are more likely to commit crimes again.

On the subject of treatment, if you are pro-treatment, you will most likely highlight the fact that effective treatment allows these people to reintegrate into society more successfully. If you disagree with the approach, you might cite the cost or the lack of effectiveness of such treatments.

Both. The justice system was created for a reason. Incarceration is to give the offenders time to learn in hopes that they don’t repeat offenses. But I also think that treatment should be mandatory either during or after time served.

After Duncan’s murder how are Macbeth and Lady Macbeth alike
jek_recluse [69]

Answer:

Macbeth and Lady Macbeth were alike after Duncan's murder in a way that both of their hands were stained with Duncan's blood.

Explanation:

'Macbeth' is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare.

There are similarities and differences between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth in the play. After King Duncan was murdered by Macbeth, one thing that they both shared in common was that they both were guilty of Duncan's murder. They both knew that they were doing wrong yet they committed the wrong deed. Both of their hands were soaked in the blood of Duncan. Macbeth's hands were soaked in Duncan's blood because he murdered him and Lady Macbeth's hands were stained with blood because she tried to remove any proof pointing to Macbeth for the murder of Duncan by cleaning the stain on knife with guards clothes.

This blood stain is what makes Macbeth remorseful immediately after he committed crime whereas the blood draws Lady Macbeth to insanity duue to unbearable guilt of murder.

malfutka [58]

Answer:

The answer is B It emphasizes the potential risks many immigrants face.

Explanation:

In the article, Sonia Nazario shows the insensitivity in the process of deportation. The article aimed at conveying the authors concern. Nazario thought it to be a refugee crisis even though the government treated it as immigration crisis. Kids were not coming to the United States for the normal reasons instead they were running from drug wars and violence. Deporting them was only going to take them back to that reality.

Therefore, by repeating the word deport, nazario intends to emphasize the potential risks many immigrants face.
