Answer:

The Hopi are descended from the Anasazi.

Explanation:

The Hopi are believed to be descendants of Anasazi. Other tribes from the Pueblo region are also believed to have originated from Anasazi which were also known as Ancestral Pueblo and comprised of Native Americans.

They built their houses on cliffs and environmental changes made them move away and settle down in other parts of the country. Research findings about the Hopi people proves that they also once lived in the Pueblos.

Why did the court decide that the second bank of the united states was immune from taxation?
slega [8]
The Supreme Court held that the Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2), which elevates federal law above state law when the two are in conflict (and do notinvolve a right explicitly reserved to the states) protected the bank from being taxed by the State(s). Chief Justice John Marshall declared the states couldn'ttax the federal government. Case Citation:McCulloch v. Maryland, 17 US 316 (1819)

The yellow beams in the model represent equal amounts of radiation coming from the Sun. Based on information shown in the model,
34kurt

Answer: B. The regions near the poles get the most-intense sunlight

Explanation:

The regions by the poles get the least sunlight with the Equator receiving the most direct radiation from the sun. This then spreads out as it approaches the poles due to the curve of the Earth.

This is why areas like Greenland and Antarctica which are closer to the poles are colder because there is less sunlight to melt them.
