Usually, if Better Business Bureau calls someone, they want them to become their member. So, if they called you, perhaps they want you to pay them money in order to become their member and thus have some of their benefits. You don't have to do that, of course, if you don't want to - it could be just a way for them to take some money from their 'customers.'
