Cholera occurs when the G protein cannot hydrolyze GTP to GDP so the G protein is always active. This causes water and salt to leak out causing diarrhea and eventually death by dehydration.

I think the answer is frequency if I remember correctly
DNA and RNA both produce proteins, but RNA copies itself and moves out of the nucleus while DNA stays inside the nucleus and produces proteins. Also DNA helps more in cell division, while RNA helps in making proteins.
