Answer:

- Investing in the skills development that can improve the quality of their workforce

- Learning how to utilize their resources to produce their own goods rather than buying it from another country.

- Improving social awareness to help the poor to receive enough education that will help them find a good income in the future.

Explanation:

- Investing in the skills development that can improve the quality of their workforce

In order to uplift both their economic and social condition, it is important for South Africans to learn the type of skills that needed in the global market.  Currently, the large majority of South African people still see farming as their main career goals while overlooking the huge opportunity in industries such as Tech, Chemistry, or Entertainment.

- Learning how to utilize their resources to produce their own goods rather than buying it from another country.

South Africa has enough resources to produce the goods that they used daily. For example, machinery made up for around 25% of South Africa's total import. Learning to produce these type of goods might be difficult early on but they will reap a huge economic benefit in the future.

- Improving social awareness to help the poor to receive enough education that will help them find a good income in the future.

Poor families often stucked in a never-ending cycle of poverty because they do not have the means that enable them to compete with other people who have high education. Improving social awareness and help these families obtain enough education will give them a chance to break the cycle.

How do helpful variations accumulate in species over time?
Fiesta28 [93]
I assume that the question here refers to the process of evolution. The "helpful variations" are small mutations that allow the organism to have a small advantage over other - and this organism can then pass this variation to its children better than other organisms, meaning that with time, more organisms will have it. This will accumulate over time and the percentage of organisms with this mutation will increase.
