Answer: they represent the simple joys of life, which are available to anyone.

In this poem, the author describes a woman who is eating plums. The woman is old and poor, but she greatly enjoys eating her plums out of a brown paper bag. The poem is meant to show how the simple joys in life are available to everyone, regardless of who we are, what we look like or how much money we have.

The plums in this poem symbolize comfort and happiness. The old woman is "giving herself" to the plum in her hand which shows that she is completely engrossed in the act of eating it and putting her life into it. Williams also directly says that she is 'comforted' and finds a 'solace' in the plums which show their importance to her happiness.

ICE Princess25 [194]

The correct answer should be Arthurian legends.

Medieval romances were written quite a bit about Arthur and his knights, as well as his beautiful wife, Guinevere. Romance in this sense of the word doesn't only mean tales about love, but also about knights, bravery, and fantastic adventures. Scandinavian epics, Greek mythology, and Aesop's fables weren't really a thing until Classicism, which came later.

What ia the problem with paying only your minimum credit card balance each month
Kobotan [32]

Answer:

Paying the minimum is tempting, especially if your budget is tight. But the less you pay now, the more you'll pay later. Carrying a credit card balance not only means you'll be in debt longer, but it also means you can rack up massive amounts of interest, thanks to exorbitant, oftentimes double-digit interest rates.
