Negative condition: England decided to start taxing the colonists directly to England, and England also decided to start governing the colonists themselves. Positive condition:The Pilgrims were able to live in America out from underneaththe king of England. Negative condition: A lot of people died on the ship on theway there, and more people died in the first few years living there in America
