Estimating for any number with only one significant figure is that number.

So, If we estimate the number 0.007 then it is 0.007 not 0.

If we estimate the number 0.053 then it is 0.05 or 0.55.

It depends on the other numbers in the product they can change the value of the product.

Therefore, On multiplying very small number estimating is not so useful.
