Climate change is climate change across the planet. In other times warming had natural causes, but today it is known that it is produced by human activities and its consequences are irreversible.

Climate change is related to global climate change, ie across the planet, and can be caused either by natural changes (glaciation, changes in Earth's orbit, etc.), or by human action. Fossil fuels widely used in various human activities have greatly intensified global warming and their consequences are largely irreversible for life on Earth.

Much of the heat caused by climate change is absorbed by the oceans causing acidification and severely threatening marine biodiversity. Another known effect is rising sea levels due to the melting of the polar ice caps, affecting coastal cities and islands.

Marine animals living in polar regions also suffer from climate change, as has the penguin and polar bear. In addition, there is the theory that climate change contributed to the extinction of the mammoth.

The consequences can be felt in our daily lives. If we look at the news, we will see that natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, floods, hot flashes and droughts have become increasingly common.  It is also referred to as a consequence the impacts on agriculture, directly affecting the food and life of humanity. Rising temperatures should lead to a reduction in productivity, thereby leading to increased migration and conflict resulting from drier periods.

aleksley [76]

Answer:

c. immune functions.

Explanation:

The endocrine system is involved in the regulation of metabolic rate, body temperature (thermoregulation), tissue development and labor contractions except immune functions.

Studies have shown that no hormone has been identified as being important in the regulation of the immune system. Therefore immune functions is not a regulatory function of the endocrine system.

Although, there have been articles on the endocrine and immune system crosstalk, only a hypothesis of various proteohormones not single hormones have been discovered to act on immunocompetent cells.
