The function, f(x) = x2, is transformed to obtain function g as shown.
poizon [28]

It is the graph of f(x) = x^2 vertically compressed, and then translated 3 units up and 5 units to the right.

<h3>Transformation techniques</h3>

Transformation is a process of changing the size and shape of an object. The given graph is a graph of quadratic function with parent function x².

According to the graph shown the resulting parent function has been shifted horizontally to the right by 5 units to produce g(x) = f(x) - 5

A kcl elixir contains 10 meq/15 ml the daily dose is 30 meq how many mls are needed for a 30 day supply
BlackZzzverrR [31]
First you need to set this problem up as a cross multiply fraction set (actually forgot the name of it so I described it as that).

10/15 * 30/x

Solve for X

450 = 10x

Simplify

45 = x

The Daily dose is 30 meq/45 ml. For a 30 day supply you just multiply by 30.

1350 ml is needed for a 30 day supply.

Assume that two marbles are drawn without replacement from a box with 1 blue, 3 white, 2 green, and 2 red marbles. Find the prob
tatuchka [14]

Answer:

second marble is blue and  first marble is white is  \frac{1}{7}

Step-by-step explanation:

given data

two marbles

box = 1 blue, 3 white, 2 green, and 2 red marbles

solution

we get here second marble is blue and given that the first marble is white

= P(3c1 × 1c1) ÷ P(3c1 × 7c1)          ................................................1

= 1c1 ÷ 7c1

= 1 ÷ 7

so second marble is blue and  first marble is white is  \frac{1}{7}

[Help asap, question is in image, will mark brainliest]
Misha Larkins [42]

Answer:

V = 339.12

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of a cone:

V = πr²(h/3)

Given:

r = 6

h = 9

Work:

V = πr²(h/3)

V = 3.14(6²)(9/3)

V = 3.14(36)(3)

V = 113.04(3)

V = 339.12

How do you do this question?
zmey [24]

Step-by-step explanation:

ln(n) is smaller than n for all n ≥ 1.

Therefore, ln(n) / n⁴ is smaller than n / n⁴ = 1 / n³.

1 / n³ converges (p series test).  Therefore, the smaller function ln(n) / n⁴ also converges.
