The way American People have responded to aid Middle Eastern is giving security presence in the region to help with the insurgents. Thus, the peace could return to the Middle East.

Explanation:

Americans involvement in Middle Eastern independence began since the end of the Cold War; their security presence helped with Saddams Houssein's regime. Then, after the 9/11  US involvement grew even greater. Americans became a crucial part to defeat terrorism with longstanding allies like Egypt and Jordan.
