In this quote from his manifesto, Adolf Hitler references the devil when describing the Jewish population. Hitler was not a religious man, so why would he use a religious figure when speaking about the Jews?

Because he sincerely hated them and their entire race, he was a very racist hateful man. and the devil is a widely known terrible, horrible being, so religious or not, he would compare somebody he thinks is as terrible as the devil is played out to be, to the devil himself. hope this helps!
