Human interactions can beneficial both emotionally and mentally. We need contact with others, so that we can familiarize ourselves with the proper way of living. However, sometimes people can carry harmful, even fatal diseases/sicknesses. There is no way to fully ensure that all people in public on earth are 100% healthy, so you can't go around hugging or touching just anyone.
