Option A, it allowed for government to enforce laws and settle disputes is the right answer.

The colonies of the United States did not want to have a strong centralized government, because they did not want the government to become a tyranny. Hence, they did not even provide the national government with some very significant powers such as the power of issuing money, imposing taxes, enforcing laws etc.

Constitution fixed this problem by giving more power to the Federal government. The new government adopted the system of checks and Balances. This system was developed by the framers of the constitution to prevent the actions of the other branches from becoming powerful. Hence, all the three branches ( the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicially) of the system are induced to share power.

What was Marco Polo's response to paper money? How did he react?
tester [92]
Marco Polo reverently described Khubilai Khan and his palaces, along with paper money, coal, postal service, eyeglasses and other innovations that had not yet appeared in Europe. He also told partially erroneous self-aggrandizing tales about warfare, commerce, geography, court intrigues and the sexual practices of the people who lived under Mongol rule.

Key privileges included in both the English Bill of Rights and the US Bill of Rights include
juin [17]

The correct answer is A. Protection against unusual punishment and the right to trial by jury.

Explanation:

Both the US Bill of Rights and the English Bills of Rights guaranteed basic rights. The English Bill of Rights was approved in 1689, limited the power of monarchs, and provided citizens some protection; this included the right against unusual punishment, the right to be judged according to law, and the right to be represented.

On the other hand, the US Bill of Rights approved in 1789 defined government, and guaranteed rights to the citizens. This also included protection against unusual or cruel punishment and the right of a fair trial. Also, this document included other rights such as the right to bear arms and the protection against unfair seizures. Thus, the common rights in both documents are "Protection against unusual punishment and the right to trial by jury".
