One way a writer can achieve a formal style to suit one’s audience and purpose is to anticipate the individuals or one’s audiences in reading the article. When a writer is able to anticipate or predict their target readers, he or she will now be able to create an article that can answer the questions for the readers, also the writer can decide whether what voice she or he will be using, in this kind of situations, writers should address their articles in a formal tone of voice. A writer must also learn how to deliver a message clearly, in case the recipient of the article or message is a busy person or a busy group of people.
