Canada, US, and Mexico, signed NAFTA, or the North Atlantic  Free Trade Agreement, that allowed the 3 countries to trade with each other without tariffs. Basically they lifted the tariffs, or a sum of money you have to pay to bring your merchandise into a country, for each of them.
EX: Canada lifts tariff from the US and Mexico
US lifts tariff from Canada and Mexico
