The advocates of socialism usually point out that workers are less or not exploited as the benefits of it also include: public benefits, the creationg of  a common wealth to the peoples. Since the goverment intervenes in many aspects of life beyond the working place. It promises to make better use of resources the lands, the labor conditions. Furthermore the goverment tackles the unemployment to keep it the lowest.

The supportes of socialism also mention reduced disparities among the social classes, and of course as nation the inflation is reduced by setting price controls.The state then plans for making the required and there should not be excess or insufficient production levels in ideal circumstances    

The trade unions become important , other things include social security schemes, setting minimum wages, and protecting the workers rights .
