Answer:

Their relative fair values

Explanation:

The relative fair value method is mainly used in the determination of straight debt that is similar, warrantee, or tradable options. When different assets have been purchased, it is common for their purchase prices not to separate individually out the total cash that would be paid for these assets. But these assets will be most likely to be depreciated at rates that are not similar. Therefore, the relative fair value method will be the best and most effective technique that would be used in the allocation of total purchase costs for each of the available assets. This technique will depend mainly on the appraised fair market value for the assets being considers. The goal, in this case, is to allocate the total cost of purchasing through the use of relatively reasonable value methods as the main formula.

Asset allocation = (Purchase Cost) * (Asset FMV/Total FMV)

Where FMV is the Fair Market Value

Usually, a lump-sum purchase will occur where different assets have been acquired mainly from a similar price. Therefore, each of these assets will have to be recorded differently (fixed assets), specifically in an accounting record. To this, the purchase price will be allocated among the available assets acquired based mainly on the fair market values. Relative fair market value can be considered as a method of valuations in consideration of the assets of an acquired –business. In this case, a basket purchase price (lump sum) will be allocated to these assets. All the assets will be treated as a group. As a result, the relative fair value can help investors, particularly when it comes to choosing among different investments, particularly those that are available at any given time. The method will look mainly at relevant management, economic data, and footnotes, which are essential in the assessment of value relative of any given stock to its peer.

o-na [289]

Answer:

The net realizable value of Accounts Receivable = 1,985,538

Explanation:

The journal entry will be: Allowance for Uncollectible Accounts (Debit - Decreased) 6,000 and Accounts Receivable (Credit - Decreased) 6,000.

After the journal entry the credit balance in the Allowance for Uncollectible Accounts will be: 2,005,000 - 6000 = 1,999,000, and the debit balance in Allowance for Uncollectible Accounts will be: 19,462 - 6,000 = 13,462.

Then net realizable value of Accounts Receivable will be: 1,999,000 - 13,462 = 1,985,538.

Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Answer:

$17,820,000

Explanation:

The amount of tax due to government authorities for the current period is referred to as current portion of income tax expense. It is calculated by product of current or enacted tax rate and taxable income for the period

Taxable income for 2021 = $66million

Enacted or current tax rate for 2021 = 27%

Current portion of income tax expense for 2021 = Taxable income x current tax rate = $66 million x 27% = $17,820,000million

Hence Current portion of income tax expense = $18 million

How long should you wait before republishing a piece of content to a new website? You shouldn’t wait. Republish it immediately.
Oliga [24]

Answer:

The correct answer is Two weeks.

Explanation:

If you publish twice in a week, in the next you publish ten times, once in the third week and again ten times the next, your visits will take it very strangely. One of the ways to maintain a loyal audience is precisely to make her know the frequency of your blog post.

Only by having this regularity, your visitors will know how often they should visit your website.

In this way you eliminate the likelihood of someone visiting your blog and feeling frustrated when they did not find anything new when it was for that reason that they accessed, or finding 15 new posts when he hoped to find only 1.

On September 1, 2020, Windsor Company sold at 104 (plus accrued interest) 3,840 of its 8%, 10-year, $1,000 face value, nonconver
Rzqust [24]

Answer:

total sales value = 3,840 x $1,000 = $3,840,000 x 1.04 = $3,993,600

since each bond carried 2 detachable stock warrants, we must include in the bond issuance the value of the stock warrants = 3,840 bonds x 2 warrants x $2 per warrant = $15,360

the premium on bonds payable = total cash received - bonds payable - stock warrants = $3,993,600 - $3,840,000 - $15,360 = $138,240

the journal entry for recording the bond issuance:

September 1, 2020, 3,840 8% bonds issued
