Agree with Patriot Act:
The Patriot Act allows the federal government to more easily monitor individuals who could cause harm to other citizens. The expanded rights given to government agencies such as the FBI allows them to fight terrorism and stop a catastrophic event before it happens. Even though it gives the government and law enforcement agencies more freedom to examine records without a warrant, if you are a law abiding citizen then it does not matter what the government can see.

Disagree with the Patriot Act
The Patriot Act can be seen as violating different rights guaranteed to American citizens in the Bill of Rights. For example, the federal government now has the ability to search a person's home or business without a warrant or their consent if they are suspected of organizing terrorist activities. This is a serious violation of the fourth amendment, which states that there needs to be a warrant present in order to search a home.
