Answer:

ok so i am going to give you a litle saying to help you remember the way it goes ok. this problem is in slope-intercept form

"y=mx+b,,b is my y-intercept you'll see,m is my slope which is rise over run"

so if -4 is your slope it will go where the m is in the formula y=mx+b so it would now be y=-4x+b and then the b is your y-intercept so 3 would go where the b is in the formula now now since we plugged in all the parts.
