White manhood suffrage was the voting rights given to white adult men regardless of income, land ownership, property or religion. It was merely basing the requirements of voting upon the value of being a white male citizen, eliminating both property and taxpaying requirements in most other states, this reinforced gender, and racial exclusivity. Andrew Jackson was criticised for this as it was exclusive to white men only (excluding women and black communities) and did not distinguish between financial or tax paying contributions.

VashaNatasha [74]

Answer:

B
